Why not rent an office?
“My opinion is that the traditional rental contract, the 6+6 year one, is now obsolete. Of course, it is still great for already established companies, with a constant number of employees. But new companies, dynamic ones, those that want to grow, may find such a rigid rental contract disadvantageous. There must be the possibility to grow bigger, but also the possibility to contract or even exit without too much expense.
New companies want to concentrate on their core business, leaving to others the burdens and time needed to pay expenses, bills, clean and maintain the premises, etc...
The economic aspect is also important. The amount of rent for an office depends a lot on the area, obviously. But let's make some general assessments: the table simulates the cost of renting a small office with a traditional 6+6 year contract.

The price of renting a Furnished Office in a Business Center, compared to a standard 6+6 year rental, is considerably more competitive. The reason is simple: many costs which, in the case of a traditional rental, the Customer must bear personally (electricity, condominium expenses, heating, internet, telephone, cleaning, maintenance, etc.), are shared out in a Business Center between multiple Users who use the service. The flat rate allows you to dedicate yourself to your work without further worries.
Inoltre c’è la possibilità di avere locali più moderni, sale riunioni con maxi schermo, locali attesa, zona break per poter consumare il pasto portato da casa, spazi magazzino e moltissimi altri servizi. Insomma: più vantaggi e meno spesa. Il contratto è molto flessibile e consente di noleggiare solo i servizi più utili al Cliente e, soprattutto, per il tempo che gli occorre.”
Are all Business Centers the same?
“I would say no: there are more modern Business Centers, with more functional rooms and others that are obviously less so. The services are different, as is their strategic position. I always recommend a visit to the offices before comparing the prices of the various Business Centers. I also recommend asking for proof: it is best for the Client to personally check the comfort of the offices and also, for example, the effectiveness of the internet connection.
A further aspect that I recommend checking is the quality of the office neighbors and the tranquility of the environment. It must be considered that some Business Centers stipulate daily contracts with completely unknown customers. For us at OfficeNow, customer experience and satisfaction come first. For this reason, OfficeNow, unlike conventional Business Centers, only accepts referenced customers, with package plans, or monthly, half-yearly and annual contracts.
This guarantees the utmost professionalism of all those who rent the offices and avoids the hotel effect typical of other structures."
